Crystal Spa & Lounge Opening Hours: 10am – 10pm

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to leave you enough time to fill in any administrative forms, and for you to change into more comfortable clothes.

For the duration of your stay, we will provide you with a bathrobe, towels, disposable slippers, toiletries, and disposable underwear.

For those who have purchased a number of different treatments, there is an individual changing room with a personal shower, just check in advance with our receptionists, and we’ll do the rest.

Services for under 16s are limited. Under 16s are only allowed on the premises under adult supervision. 

To promote a deeper state of relaxation, we do not recommend that mobile phones are used on our premises. If you are expecting an important call, please ensure that your mobile phone is switched to silent.

Smoking is prohibited at all times.

Crystal Spa & Lounge is not responsible for personal belongings, aside from those that have been handed to a member of our staff for safe keeping. Forgotten possessions are kept for a month. Forgotten toiletries and underwear are disposed of after 24 hours.

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are late, your time will not be extended; you will receive treatment for the remainder of your allotted time without changes in the price.

To ensure our clients’ safety, security cameras are in use.

We reserve the right to change the price of any of our products or services without advanced notice.

We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of others.

Make sure you put a space between paragraphs on your website. Just starting a new line is not enough.
